What time should I arrive?

Seating will begin at 3:30 p.m. Guests are cordially invited to arrive and take their seats during this time. The ceremony is scheduled to commence promptly at 4:00 p.m.

A shuttle will depart from the Radisson Hotel at 2:50 p.m. to Norskedalen. Please visit our TRAVEL & STAY page on our website for more information.

Is there parking available at your wedding venue?

There is limited parking at Norskedalen Nature and Heritage Center. A shuttle will be offered to and from hotels prior to the ceremony and after the reception. Please visit our TRAVEL & STAY page on our website for more information.

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Yes, transportation will be provided for guests between the Radisson Hotel and Norskedalen.

The shuttle will depart from the Radisson Hotel at 2:50 p.m. The return shuttles will be running at various times from 9:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. (or end of reception.) The return shuttles will stop at all three hotels; The Charmant, Radisson and Home2 Suites.

Can I use the shuttle if Iā€™m not staying at one of the selected hotels?

Yes! Local guests, and guests staying elsewhere, are welcome to utilize the shuttle service. Please stay wherever you feel most comfortable. Two parking ramps are available near the Radisson for your convenience. Only guests of the Radisson may park in the Radisson parking lot. More information under TRAVEL & STAY.

Are children welcome?

Please note this is an adults-only celebration, except for children of the wedding party.

Can I bring a date?

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. We would like to keep our wedding an intimate event with close family and friends.

What is the attire?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a cocktail dress attire for our wedding. Ladies can wear dresses of any length or elegant pantsuit. Men can wear a suit of any color, or jacket and tie. Keep in mind our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on the lawn; please choose your footwear accordingly.

I have a dietary restriction, what should I do?

We will be serving appetizers and dinner that can accommodate a wide variety of dietary restrictions. When you RSVP, please indicate any dietary restrictions so that we can plan accordingly.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

The average temperature in Coon Valley in late May is a high of 80 degrees and a low of 60 degrees. As the weather may be chilly, and all events are outdoors, we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater to stay warm.
